ive been in the industry for 4.5 years and always wanted to do brokerage. i started at this company as a novice and im learning on my own. the company is new and they don’t have anyone there that has done it before and im trying to learn all of this because i really love this but i don’t know if im doing something wrong and if its me or if its the market im sure its both but i feel like it more or me. can someone help?? and im really scared to buy this class or other ones spend the money and its not what i need or what if its fake and all.

When I was an agent... I had a script (very small agent) I took that script into my own brokerage 4 years later and tweeked it. I had a broker who was awesome enough to share 5 sentences with me that has worked. Jordan Belford has Sales school an he does explain you have to MAKE IT YOUR OWN!
"do it fast and do it accurately"..... This is one of the most unkown/intimidating parts of being a new broker in load lists. Hard to "fake it til you make it" with something like quoting :) Content Idea: How to quote load list scenarios on-the-fly in a way that is as fast and accurate as possible.... I have found that posting a load + calling carriers + DAT/Truckstop data review helps with accuracy, but this takes WAY more time than the veterans on those lists. But take less time, usually that rate is not as accurate when rushed. The vets always seem to be faster and more accurate, learning how to compete as a new agent would be very helpful!
