Well done Mark and a very successful breeding
well done Mark
Hi Mark. Been following your progress for a while now. I’m having a go at rearing a small batch of koi fry myself this year. Your videos have been great, insightful and interesting. Keep them coming.
Love that koi. Deep color when mature.
Hello from Japan! We met at the Koi show in Tokyo in February. I enjoyed your first season of breeding and this year is off to an even better start, very happy for your success! Best wishes for the babies! ☺️
Brilliant! So happy to see so many Goshiki fry after the trouble with the Kujaku, with such large numbers maybe the smaller amount of Kujaku is a blessing in disguise as you’ll need the room now, let’s also hope that within the reduced number of Kujaku there are a few stunners in amongst them. 🙂
I'm excited to follow the goshiki fry progress. I haven't found much info on rearing goshiki fry yet until I came upon your videos. Looking forward to it! Congrats on the awesome batches of kujaku and goshiki.
All looking good mark 👍 you must be so proud to be a dad again lol you are doing a great job mate
Looks like you found yourself a good parent set there 👍
Things are looking very good Mark. Excited to see how this progresses!
All in all Mark much better success so far this year. Please keep us posted, I'm really keen to see how things pan out.
You’re definitely quite a bit chipper this go around!! Congratulations on your success!
Absolute quality mark great job your doing keep the updates coming 👍
Well done, may you have great success with this batch Mark!
Love watching these vlogs. Keep up the great work Mark 👍
Just WOW !
Hi Mark great vids keep them coming... You mentioned in one of your vids that you would like to do Brine Shrimp on a larger scale. How about a Fast Forment it's used in home brewing and it holds 30L it would lend itself to the job brill. Amazon have them in at £75.
Thanks Adam, 30L a little to big
@@MarkGardnerNTVfree Hi Mark thanks for your reply, yes 30L is a lot but you don't have to fill it up. I was thinking more on the line of it's shape and how you can syphon from the bottom and with the screw top lid were you could send the airline down.
Keep up the good work between you and the other RUclipsr's letting us in on the Koi world in's and out's and how we can enjoy are hobby even more.
Do you have mudponds or big tubs to grow your breeding projects ? nice project!
No mudponds, just tanks.
@@MarkGardnerNTVfree hope to see your facilty soon.. More power to you!
Hey Mark, I've been using rock salt solution ( at a salinity of 0.025 ) with great yield and one teaspoon of eggs per liter of water. Have you determined what hatch rate you are getting? Your harvest should be at least twice the volume of the eggs you set.
I haven’t measured, but way more than 2 teaspoons settles at the bottom
@@MarkGardnerNTVfree A 16 ounce tin of bs eggs cost me $450 so I can relate to the importance of its efficient usage. You should be harvesting at least 18 teaspoons of baby bs from that new larger bottle. Best of luck with the fry :)
Could you please tell me where you got the dried daphnia from thanks

I love the videos, i just wish your accent wasnt so pronounced. I catch 1 out every 3 words lol
Sorry, the last thing I have is a ‘pronounced accent’
Hi Mark :) will your profit from these koi pay for all the new gear you invested in?
Haha
@@MarkGardnerNTVfree before seeing your response I knew you'd be laughing, congratulations btw 👏
@@MarkGardnerNTVfree So i ll take that as a NO?
