There are rules about throwing your racket, smashing your racket, arguing with officials etc that ALL players are subject too.
She's arguing that ostapenko has committed a racket infringement, that is really serious, because it ended up hitting a ball boy.

SPIRIT DOT She did not throw it directly at the ball boy. She did throw the racket but did not aim it at the ball boy. I think at her level of play and physical control of the racket, had she intended to hit, she would have hit him. I agree it's was unsportsmanlike conduct and she was penalized by receiving a code violation. That was settled in the match as the ball boy was not hit and not a actual offense to disqualify someone. Unless it was a repeat offense. Her opponent made it abundantly clear how she felt about it during the match.
Not really relevant to the match an no reason to bring it into the interview. Btw calling someone an. " Asshole " just because you disagree with them does not sound like proper protocol, on the subject of sportsmanship but if that is the way you want to conduct yourself.

She threw her racket but not 'at' the ball boy, stupid and deserved a caution but I'm not sure it even did hit anyone. Poor form from the Brit though, no need to get involved.
