The DBS is probably the best Aston Martin on sale now. Rear wheel drive, 900Nm, V12 biturbo, ZF 8 speed gearbox, good sounding, luxurious interior, high quality materials. This car check all the boxes but not the "affordable" box.

I've been in the coupe and haven't seen the Volante up close yet.
Here in Vancouver that fully optioned Volante would be over $500K Cdn.
Luv the Carbon pack 3 with the logo options.
I totally agree about the out dated info screen but the quality of materials throughout really are almost 2nd to none (Rolls Royce & Bentley).
That orange is fantastic.
OPening the hood is different from the coupe.

16:10 it "box down" (stalls) or rather its a delay until you can get the power on at low rpms because its a 5.2 L V12 twin-turbo engine and at least 1 turbo kicks in at higher rpms- most likely that second turbo(which is for lower rpm) is not set up well or kicks in after a certain rpm..thats because its an Aston- it looks and sounds nice and thats about it.. thats why the Ferrari 812 and most Ferraris or the Lamborghini Huracan or Lambo Aventador have V12s naturally aspirated engines- so that there will be no power lag like in a turbo or supercharged engine- the power comes in at the same rhythm all the way of the spedometer so that the driver can easily handle it and so the driving pleasure is higher.. in a turbo or supercharged engine you step on the gas pedal and the power jumps from 1500 rpm to 6000 rpm and you hold the wheel with your teeth and pray you have enough grip and don t end up in a ditch
Not many cars look nice with its convertible top but this is different

Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is a Unique Desined Car.I am Loving it.
Don't know who thinks this isn't a nice interior. Maybe kids that like everything flashy and in your face. This is a very clean, sleak and functional interior with top quality materials. And the materials all go well together and are in the right places.

This is my new favourite car Aston Martin are just smashing it there is a mixture of brutality beauty and exclusivity to name a few qualities I honestly don’t think anything comes close I want one the only thing I’m not so impressed with are the loops of string to open the bonnet They reminded me of conker day’s at school let’s just say it adds nostalgia to the list of qualities and I’ll let them off

The reason why the car was a bit slow at first in the 0-100 test is because aston martin had to limit the torque in the first gears so it didnt destroy the gearbox
Yeah it was limited to 600Nm in first and second, otherwise the drive shaft would shatter.

Aston should add a written-out "Aston-Martin" badge on the steering wheel- with the logo alone it looks kinda bland...same with the passenger airbag-area...some AM-badging and or colour accents would help tremendously with their interiour, and the badge snobs would love it anyway ^^

Porsche 911 GT3 RS Aston did a deal with bmw for there old infotainment so it would be cheaper on aston’s part and they’ll update it to the current bmw infotainment once bmw updates to a new gen
