I can't tell since it looks like you used some color grading on the footage. It would have been good it you just posted straight out of the camera footage. That said, its cool that you can shoot something like this on the iPhone 12 ProMax.
The colour grading is the most interesting bit because the phone can do 10bit colour depth which is perfect for grading without the image falling apart. Crazy what a phone can do these days.

Colours definitely off, particularly the reds, and the dynamic range as well, fair bit of detail lost in the shadows to my eye. But then the light is very harsh here in the uk at this time of year so challenging to film. Not professional quality but still quite amazing considering this is just a phone!

It's almost evident that it was shot with iPhone 12/Pro/max. Key hint : Those lense reflections of headlight during dawn and dull sunlight scenes. The external glass cover is very reflective and unavoidable on a raw footage. Rest was perfectly alright! 👍🏻
I absolutely love how the DBS Superleggera looks, and even it's sound is amazing! And in terms of video quality, A lot of times I forgot that this was taken on an iPhone, I mean that as the best compliment ever, as a Photographer, when my phone can take a photo that people don't notice it wasn't taken with my DSLR, that's when I know my Phone has a great camera 😅 That's the feel I get from this video!

The photography and videos quality seems really good, but the filters are abit extreme, looks like what Top Gear used to do in the early 2000s. It really Robs the Image quality of that vibrant and detailed look

Car = Amazing! Review = Amazing! iPhone 12 = Very impressive - But appeared to struggle with sun drenched skin tones. It gets points for Great depth of field and predictive focus, noticeable when Rory looks back at the car during the intro and the focus adjusts to the car until he looks back at the camera. It excels with the colourful areas but there was some over saturation on (again)the skin tones when in shadow - A bit too much warmth In my (non professional) opinion.
As always, you bring pretty great fun into the picture really. The video was excellent, I have no reservations whatsoever. Damn the machine is out of this world.
Please don't waste such a beautiful car with a phone camera; dynamic range was all over the place, color science is messed up.. etc It actually hurt my eyes x_x

Yeah, that Iphone micophone isn't doing that V12 justice. Sound much much much better in real life or with a better mic...but I love this car, absolute beauty!
Impressive for a phone, but the jello effect from the rolling shutter is an eye sore, and sometimes details in the trees or Rory's face gets over sharpened and there is a fair bit of noise and details get mushed in dark places. At 4:20 and similar scenes there is also this weird flickering effect around the trees which is quite distracting. Footage has a really distinct blue hue and the overall image is rather flat or crushed with contrast in some scenes. Eye sore 6:31 lense flare of the headlights. The color grading keeps changing all over the place for some reason? But where the iPhone does excel at are the B-roll close up shots of the car itself, and for most shots of Rory driving the car. Otherwise, great review Rory, and great car
It's amazing what a phone can do nowadays, but as some other have said, it would be have good to see the colours shot straight out the camera - forgive me if there is no colour grading but I suspect there is. That aside, another cracking video!

Color tones look somewhat weird and fluctuating. (In some places Rory's face looks slightly dark red)
I think they were playing with that in post, as indicated by the change at 0:18. It was kind of annoying actually.
