We are building a house here in Brunswick County and I’m in love with the area. I’m from Nashville, Tennessee and love how nice and welcoming everyone is in this area.

Very informative! I have lived on Oak Island for 5 years, but learned a lot about the surrounding area from this video. Well done, and look forward to the Brunswick County barrier island presentation.

Thanks for sharing this video. Amazing. Our good friend might be relocation to Supply, NC and if he does, then we will follow. He is waiting to hear if he got the pastor position. But my question is: I know little about Supply Town. So if the church is in Supply Town, where would you recommend looking for homes? What is a town that's growing and has a lot to offer for families with children and also homeschooled children who play sports? I am learning more about areas but would love to see some growth that's happening in the small towns. Thanks, Mary

@@mariennecrouse Hi Mary, I just saw this comment after replying to your other one. Leland and its outliers (Winnabow, Belville, and Bolivia) are seeing the most growth, as well as areas closer to the SC/NC border. Supply is right in the middle. The beach towns tend to cater more to seasonal and retirement opportunities, while Leland has more for a variety of lifestyles. Southport is also a great area, if you like the small town feel, but still want easy access to hospitals, bigger chains, and year-round community events. Give us a call at (910) 233-2840 if you'd like to chat about the different areas.

I’d like to learn more about which areas would be good for a couple who is not retired yet but looking for a small town not too far from the beach, places to eat and shop and outdoor lifestyle.

Thanks for watching! As we mentioned at the beginning, we only covered the mainland areas of Brunswick County. BC is a large area and we hope to later dedicate a whole video to just the barrier islands.
