Those are SUPER sweet - what an enjoyable way to spend the day while the kids are under the weather. Hoping everyone is feeling better soon. I adore linen - I think I have the perfect piece for this project but I'll just use an old bedsheet for the lining since no one will see. I totally agree that ironing sewing projects makes all the difference - I say it's the difference between 'homemade' and 'handmade' looking.
It really was! They were unusually calm and lazy - which was perfect for me to sew away! Ha! Love the idea of using a bedsheet for the lining! I've used old bedsheets for tea towels before, and it works great! Thanks so much for watching today Heather!
The stockings are beautiful. I was wondering why you didn’t clip the curved seam allowance. Then I thought it might be that the linen would crinkle up or bunch up around edges when washed. Is that so?❤God Bless.

Thank you for saying so! I just have a Shark iron - nothing too fancy. I think I just picked it up at Walmart when my other one died on me.
