That chicken looks fantastic, so juicy with great seasoning. Looks like the Ink Bird 5G did a great job and with 5G capability. This will benefit me greatly because my Bluetooth is just too far away from my grill. By the way, I made your Mexican pulled pork and it was fabulous. I think I'm going to pick up one of those kamato joe beer can holders, I was thinking it should conduct heat better, I have cast Iron one with mote I wasn't impressed it was a pain to clean. I've had the 2 Probe inkbird for 4 years no problems at all, I feel they provide quality. I recently picked up thermopro temp spike they had them on sale, and I thought it might be a better option for winter or rotiseree cooking. I Think this is great temp Probe set up. " Inkbird 5 G ". I hope inkbird sends you there new temp controller, ISC-027BW There's one video out, someone like yourself needs to do hands on review. Inkbird if your following, you should make a kettle adapter similar to the one digi q offers, also on your fan insert you need a rubber ring similar to others so it stays when inserted into adapter. The Chicken color and moisture content was fantastic. Great Video
