@@andyseabrookfitness8693It seems to me that it doesn't matter where to glue the cardboard inside, I added more cardboard to be sure, but in the end the result was the same, although due to the amount of cardboard inside, not everything stuck together well, and when swinging the sword, it doesn't creak much.
