    Another amazing video, Colm! Thank you for posting this one - I've been trying to work deep core, and sequences where I have abs engaged and one leg lifted - trying to lift that second leg always makes my back and abs arch - this exercise might help me. Sending you another coffee :)

    Happy New Year! This really helped opening up my right adductor , still tight but I did not stretch worked to a comfortable range . After doing this movement , I tried keeping my legs apart ( feet planted ) and tried to do the same moves by bringing in my knees in to release the abductors ( don’t know if it will work ) but I feel better walking ! The right leg was shaking when I brought the knee in , thanks for posting such useful videos !

    Where is #1 for the hip?

  • @cinmac3
    @cinmac3 2 года назад

    Do you have hip I and 2, together or all on one page.
    do you explain the differences. between 1 and two?
    Colm it must be difficult to harmanise, the body's are so inter connected.
    A d we are all different and every day can be a new somatic experiment for some of us.(all of us)
