Miriam Makeba introduces Olivia to the Xhosa language with its clicks

As a guest on the Cosby Show, the great South African singer and activist Miriam Makeba, gives a humorous introduction to the clicks that are an integral element of the Xhosa language.
In posting this, I hope you will hear and understand the beauty and sound of another language that you have likely never heard, and perhaps more deeply, of another culture.
I also hope to honor her for what would have been her 81st birthday yesterday.
