For a second about 2 minutes into the demo I saw the can drop I thought it was going to fall off. Is that normal

Any alignment or self adjustment sometimes results in the container moving from being off track to lined up. Moving up the rollers or down before hitting the ground.

What's benefit of a switch n go VS hook lift?.... hmmmmmmm

Hook lift systems are more $ and can usually carry a little less payload because the hook system is a little bit heavier than a Roll system ,,,more weight=less payload.
However which system is better is up to personal choice

@@qrs3658 however in my opinion the switch & go is a light duty system compare to a hook lift or a real roll of system a switch and go is something u wld put on a f650 or a f550 or f500 to light around 15k.
But if u got the mula$$$ u be better of buying a used truck that all ready has a roll off system install on it CAPABle of carry a Big ass load of 30k plus pounds that way u can rent big ass dumpster container to residential comercial etc,, why buy a light weight system like the switch & go and a light duty truck that is going to limit the around of payload ( the only logical reason would be to be under 26k pounds & not need A CDL ) but if u get a CDL and are able to carry over 26k pounds payload then u can compete with the big boys.
Or u can start small with a roll off truck or a more expensive hook lift or even a switch and go but u will be limited to the amount of of weight u can carry it all comes down to what it is that u want to do & How much $$$ u got to do it & how bad do u want it!.
