Some people can download it while others can't and I haven't figured out why. Whatever it is, it's affecting other freebies so it must have to do with some site or plugin update.
Hi. Is there a special program to get the circle? I have not yet purchased all of the Essentials add-ons.
Are you talking about Embrilliance? This is not done in that program. I'm using Hatch here.

@@fatcatfrankie8321 Im sure there is but I don't use Embrilliance on a regular basis anymore since. I switched to Hatch in 2017. There are tons of videos on Embrilliance or you could ask in one of the FB groups.
