MAA
Currently I have exactly 3 REITs in my portfolio. They are: AMT, PLD and SPG.
I'm looking to add a couple more until I reach 12% in REITs, so thanks for the video. I liked O.
I have O, Vici, and STAG. I also have AMT and DLR. I’m thinking of selling one. Lots to keep up with.

My Top 3 REITS are: O / WPC / STAG - Also I my eyes on CCI if it dips more.
My 3 is O, EPR, & and STAG, but you have definitely convinced me that PLD is a better buy then STAG.

O, Amt & tied for my third biggest holding Stag/WPC
O and VICI are very straight forward to me. I don’t completely understand PLD so I am into EPRT. Restaurants, car washes, and convenience stores. It provides the dividend and the growth potential that you can see just driving around your nearest city.
Restaurants not good
I don't have three yet. But the only REIT I currently hold is LAND. Commercial tenants leave and go out of business, and some people may have to cut out their trips to the Vegas strip, but producing food is never going to go out of style no matter how bad things may get. 😉
I love to invest in Reits. I own a lot of them. My top 3 so far are PECO, PLD and VTR.
I am buying so much O at this 52 week low that I might make a shirt with their logo 💰😅

O, WPC, and CCI
Excellent video. Realty Income is the only REIT that I own so far, but I will definitely take a closer look at Vici and Prologis. I really like that CAGR for Prologis.

My three main REITS are Realty Income, Prologis, Physicians Realty Trust(Future HealthPeak Properties). I own NNN, Iron Mountain, City Office Reit, Ashford Hospitality Trust and possibly another or two i cant remember now. Equinix is another reit I really want but looks highly expensive for me to want to buy. Waiting for better opportunity.
I just love your content. What another great video. My three would be: EQIX, PLD, VICI, very close to yours, but Data Centers are so hot, my 4th would be either O, EXR (love the public storage REITS) or INVH, there is a housing shortage and I love how they are targeting the 16 hot markets, but I own all of these, including Reality income. Realty Income is my largest portfolio holding making up 6.52% of the portfolio. VICI presently is 1.73% of the portfolio, but as it should be going ex-dividend on or about the 21st of September, I'll probably back the truck up, albeit a small truck and grab some more shares. I don't think I've seen a prettier chart on Seeking Alpha than one for VICI properties. Two Strong Buys and a Buy and sweet looking dividend grades. I don't have any shares of Prologis, but I do have STAG and WPC in the REIT space as well. As always I enjoy your content and look forward to the next installment.

Thanks, Mark, for another great REIT investment ideas video presentation. I currently own O and VICI, and may add to my holdings in those two REITs at their current depressed stock prices. PLD is also an excellent REIT in the warehouse and logistics space but the dividend yield is just too low for me.
I have PLD and AMT. Low yields but faster growth. I prefer higher growth than higher yield. My top 3 REITs: O, PLD & AMT. Looking at VICI now
It's not that I prefer higher yields over dividend growth, but PLD's yield is just too low for me. If I were much younger I might see things differently.
Yes, lower yield but faster dividend growth so it depends on what you are looking for.

Prologis is $98 and change today. Aren't I just a hopeless arm chair quarterback? Interest rates, at the long end, have risen nicely since you uploaded this video. It caught everyone by surprise....
Picked up some shares of O in my Roth IRA at $49.38. Wouldn’t normally look to have a REIT since I’m in my 20s but price seems really good.

VICI only pays quarterly at .42 cents per share per quarter. I would pass on this one. Prologis Inc is way too expensive at $ 120.00 per share. The dividend is 0.96 per quarter and the dividend increase is below 7 years. I will only invest if the dividend increases are at 7 years or more. I do own O# Realty Income trust.

nope. prices are down, but I think going further. high interest and commercial properties have a lot of exposure with owners simply pulling out and defaulting their loans... I may need to look at selling may of my bank stocks here as well...
I own DLR rather than PLD. Better yield but acquisitions have stretched its balance sheet plus dividend growth has stalled lately. Not buying at today's (9/24/23) prices but waiting for
3 is the number, in AMT, OHI, IIPR
I'm long Extra Space Storage (EXR) and have been buying a little here and there each payday. It's down big and I like the future outlook for them.
I like EXR but already own some CUBE and PSA

Hard question, but maybe O, ARE and AMT (or currently rather CCI) to have some diversification as well

Question on O Reality, is the property owned self funded? Or are they financed? With the commercial property bubble pending this stock has my eye…

Those are good. Have both O, and PLD but interested in Vici. What about American tower? that's the third one I got and I have been way down in it for over a year. I am about to bail and buy something else? but I don't know, heard ya mention AMT before, it has a decent dividend but it reminds me of verizon and way down in that too for over a year now. They just aren't recovering very well at all
I love AMT. It is flying under the radar but it is a great play on International markets which I feel is very important. It isn't exclusively International but it is a sizable position and it is also undervalued now.

If you are looking at a specific REIT, you can find portfolio information on their website and look for the Investors section

My price for O is over $60. Is it still a good strategy to continue buying since now it’s much less than $60?
Up to you, but it is an opportunity to lower your cost basis if you still like the company, which I do.
These are exactly my 3 reits another only 3 I have in my portfolio.

It is trading at a great valuation
It’s speculated that the housing market is on the brink of collapse by the same people like Michael Burry who predicted the last American housing crash a decade ago. So if the housing market takes a dive then it will ripple through all markets possibly even into the commercial real estate sector. It’s risky short term but should payoff in long term.
@@themikehoncho yes I completely agree.. “crashes” are kinda inevitable in practically any market but it should always bounce back especially the housing market in my opinion.. buildings are shelter even for a commercial setting and people will forever need it.. i dont blame anyone for taking profits on short term fears but I’m buying for long term
