Out of these gotta go with ADC. Solid fundamentals, decent growth, great tenants, and good leadership. Another monthly payer I like is MAIN. Really want to own them, but price just too high.
I reached $138k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you've shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in October 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area. Thanks so much Charlotte Grace Miller.
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Charlotte Miller, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
I'm celebrating a $30k stock portfolio today. started this journey with 6k. I have invested on time and also with the right terms now I have time for my family and the life ahead of me
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
What I don’t understand is, on one hand we are told the stock market will crash and yet on the other we are told ways of investing in the stock market. Oxymoron or paradox? I'm considering investing over 130k, but I'm uncertain about risk mitigation strategies.
Agreed, I've always delegated my excesses to an advlsor, since suffering major portfolio loss early 2020, amid covid outbreak. I'm now semi-retired and only work 7.5 hours a week, with barely 25% short of my $1m retirement goal after subsequent investments to date.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with Vivian jean wilhelm for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked her up on Google and explored her website; she has an impressive background in investments. I've sent her an email, and I hope to hear back from her soon!
With stocks so expensive right now, the main aim for me is to make right value additions to boost my portfolio growth in this bubble ahead of 2025 with about 250 grand i have parked in the bank making nothing. What stocks should be on my watchlist?
"DCA" is the golden term but the key. My dollar portfolio i DCA with is made up of 30% PLTR, 25% SCHD, 15% VOO and over 30% in digital assets, thanks to my CFA. This strategy is what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 80% capital growth minus dividends. Q3 taxable divs this year was $18,388.
Melissa Elise Robinson is the licensed advisor I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment
I wish I could have retired in my 50's. I'm 65 now, I started investing late . After some research, I found a strategy that helped. I'm pleased to say I'm retiring with at least $2 million.
It’s worth noting that luck often plays the significant role in some cases, sometimes even more than the resources involved. Without it, its challenging
@@MichaelGabreil luck plays a part, especially in the short term. I noticed that when results remain consistent, it indicates something more than just luck. research was the challenge until It led to Julie Ann Lerch, a fund manager. her strategy made sense, it contributed to growing 950k into this and counting
@@EbrahamAljalil Thank you for the lead. I searched her site up and filled the form. I hope she gets back to me soon. I emailed and made inquiries. Thanks for the help

The very first time we tried, we invested $1400 and after a week, we received $5230. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

I've always been curious about Main Street Capital.

The importance of mitigating risks might be why many investors are turning to advisors for guidance.

That's impressive! I could really use the expertise of this manager for my dwindling portfolio. Who’s the professional guiding you?

Buy GME, DJT and Bitcoin through 2025, then high yield ETFs through the bear market 26’-27’ that's my plan.

APLE is down -13.5% since 2015, while physical properties have doubled + 10 years of rental income.
APLE= Terrible investment.
To be fair and accurate you have to take into account the dividends paid in the last 9 years
