The upper range sounds real nice;, but the lower range seems to me somewhat constricted. I always enjoy your jazzy solos and the horns you choose to perform. It is a warm, soft sounding horn.
Hey, I love your videos, I'm a highschool trombonist and im looking at shires for a processional trombone. Could you do some more videos on shires trombones if possible?
I certainly well as we have the opportunity! Out of curiosity do you have a particular model or models you may be interested in? While I have not been able to grab videos with all of their models I have been able to play most of them and would certainly be happy to provide any insights; feel free to email at Tromboneshop@schmittmusic.com :)
@@SchmittMusicTromboneShop Awesome! I have a fitting appointment scheduled with them December 11th, I think I might be interested in their Q30YA, or the ralph saur custom model. Thanks!
I have a Conn 83H that is not factory original by anymeans. I got a crazy good deal on it. I've heard BAC mentioned. I live in Spokane, Washington, and none of the music in Spokane Washington can get it relacquered.
Full instrument relacquering services can be tricky to find as it needs the right facilities (including a particulate-controlled spray booth and often, depending on the lacquer used, an oven to cure the lacquer). BAC certainly has a reputation for instrument restorations; I was doing some research of repair shops I know of on the West Coast and I am unfortunately not finding any resources at first glance...

Thanks for the feedback!
What a great horn. It sounds phantastic.
Thanks for watching!
Please do a review of the Bach VT-591 (student) valve trombone. I can’t find a single review or video of someone playing it!

@Conors_Trombone Excellent! Let me know if we can be of any other help in the meantime and please let the Shires team know we have been chatting :)
