    Ive been having real difficulty landing head kicks during all my time training muay thai, both at the old gym and at the new gym. Only have landed a handful. Thanks for the video. Im gonna try it out in thursday sparring this week.

    What stretches get you there though!?!?!?! I’m so frustrated I’ve been stretching for a year and I can just now reach the rib cage, it sucks when everyone at your gym knows it too.

      Pedro Brocato try dynamic and isometric stretching. I’d the same problem and they worked for me. I also use a pulley to do standing stretches
