Metro 2 Compliance is a credit compliance standard that simplifies credit repair. It was put in place in 1997 by the CDIA (Credit Bureaus plus Innovis) to protect consumers against wrongful information that should not be reporting. The compliance standard ensures that only accurate and verified information is reported on individuals' credit reports.
The software developed by the speaker leverages Metro 2 Compliance and incorporates artificial intelligence(A.I.). With just one click of a button, users can generate and send Metro 2 Compliant letters to the credit bureaus. These letters request the removal of any information that does not meet the compliance standard. Dion held back on his mentorship and the compliance method. This method is so powerful because it catches the reporting agencies red handed. I ended up removing late payments, two collections, and a reposession that were holding me back and now I'm at a 735+ across all three major bureaus with a 85 business credit score!!

I fux with coopwood but i disagree with him on owing the debt. Its many court cases on this. They securitizning the debt and selling you your own securities. You are an investor . Its your credit not theirs. Mortgages, credit card, student loans, etc

DR business is in Williamson County. One of the 10 wealthiest counties in the nation…The land his building is on may have been worth $2m at the time of purchase.
His principles are valid but they are difficult for most people to adhere to without sustainable income to begin with or without a level of family support that can help. Especially in todays time.
I think the most value from his teachings are to start young and early.

Most credit repair services have registered agents and thier business exists in other states. So all of your friends in the A are not breaking the law. Because they don't legally operate in Atlanta 😅

Yes they can put it back on your report and u have to dispute it again to get it removed again. Sucks but true. The credit bureaus are certified trifling. They will claim ur account as “verified” to justify them putting it back on your credit report.

You can't exist in this world w/o CREDIT - no airline tix, no Amazon, no online shopping not for fru fru but essentials you can't find locally. Can't be done. PERIOD. Dave Ramsey CAPN.

You can use money from your building and pay that debt?
