Way back in 2005, a friend from my church told me "Levi, God is going to do something amazing in your life this week." I had no idea what she was talking about, cuz i wasnt saved at this time. So i just let it go and was like, ya whatever. Then, on Saturday, June 11th, 2005 i was laying down in my room taking a nap. then my alarm went off. I tried hitting the snooze button, and hit the radio button by mistake. THIS SONG was playin!! OMG it changed my life! I woke up in tears and started screaming to God about how sorry i was for messing up and ignoring His calling! I prayed and surrendered my life to Christ that day. She was right! Thank You Ariana Fambrough! God DID do something amazing! He SAVED me! i couldnt believe it! I went from scared and hopeless, to Loved and Forgiven! Thats the power of the Holy Spirit! Im So Glad the Jesus saved me. heart emoticon I hope u all experience this Joy as well. Love u all.
Third day is one of my favourite christian rock band, i listen to alot of their songs. And i know most of their songs and sing to them.

Thankyou Brother Devin, Your Words and this song by Third Day, CRY OUT TO JESUS prevented and pulled me out of the muck and mire this week, not suicidal but really struggling battling those thoughts of failure of nothingness feeling like no one cared or could help as my wife Christy was fighting for her life and her transplanted kidney as she battled this horrible virus for over a week. And a really good Christian friend, fellow soldier the last one I had contact with from my section, had a political disagreement and he told me to never call again. So at 2am last week, despite knowing how much you Devin and Kristen care and pray for us, and my Men's Bible Study care and pray for us; I felt completely alone. Then this song Cry Out to Jesus came on, and I saw the notification on my phone of your reaction to RED Feed the Machine and Pantera, I'm Broken; your encouraging words Devin, and the song CRY OUT TO JESUS was my ammo in the battle, that was real spiritual warfare and JESUS WON! Thank You Devin and Kristen! I dedicate this song to Devin and Kristen Gibson, for your Ministry, your words of encouragement, prayers, hope, support, love and caring as you share your Devotions, Messages of Hope, and lead others to JESUS CHRIST SALVATION!

This video is over two years old so I doubt that anyone will see this. Bur, Im a 23 year old guy raised in the methodist church but Ive drifted away from the community. I see my relationship with god as unique and its incredible to see someone listen to this song and articulate the feelings that I've had for years. I had just become a Christian when this song came out. Such an awesome song. I've seen Third Day many times in concert and they were one of the best.

Got saved after trying to do it on my own for 46 yrs. I gave it all to Jesus, now He's writting my story. All happened on a farm over a weekend of all places! :-)
Saw Third Day 4 times in concert.
First time was in 1997 outside of a church in Chickasha Oklahoma. Last was in mid 2000s at a Billy Graham crusade in OKC.
Every concert they would take a 30 minute break in the middle.
Mac preached a full on sermon complete with an alter call!

We are all sinners even though sanctified, Justified, and we are under grace on the contrary it does not give us a license to sin. Sometimes we can sin against our Lord and not even know it. That is why I repent everyday every night before I go to sleep. We are not promised tomorrow. Willful sinning, knowing that you committing sins that is wrong., as Christians we must examine ourselves each and every day and the most important part forgiveness, you can forgive. Because we serve a god of Grace that will Empower you to forgive. If they don't forgive you you're clear. If you cannot forgive how can God forgive you? I could probably put your whole sermon here love you all God bless

Even though the psychologist at the VA told me I was a legacy for suicide because of my grandfather. I’m still here, because I cry out to Jesus. Everyday. Cry out to Jesus.

I remember this song would always make me cry because of the things I’ve had happen to me in the past 5 years. Watching you react to this helped me cry for the first time in months. I’ve lost a lot of my faith since 2019 when I tried to take my own life. Almost all of it. I recently had a rough break up with my ex. I could’ve died that day in May. This is the first time that I’ve heard this song since then. That day, I lost all faith and hope. Today, it’s coming back thanks to this reaction. I’ll have to listen to this song more now. Look, I'm not that much into Christian music, but I spent several years in South Dakota working. Up there, there weren't that many radio stations you could get in, but the Christian music station came in clear as a bell, so eventually I started listening. I gotta say, I really got to like how positive the messages were in their songs, especially when you're having trouble in your life. This was one of those songs I really got to like from that time.
Also, you (Devin) are putting out a lot of positive vibes. Keep it up brother.

I’m not religious in any way, shape, or form but since you’ve done a lot of Christian music you should check out the band Ivoryline. They’re a Christian alternative band that I grew up listening to. They’re no longer making music, but I still listen to them often. I would suggest starting with the songs Be Still And Breath, Hearts And Mind, and The Healing.
