@stuart mcdermid so many things wrong with ur statement so first the 2 million number was a hypothetical where absolutely no measures were taken. Trump still took minimal measures but they were not nearly enough and there were no guidelines for states which was horrible. Japan, South Korea, New Zealand Zealand per capita has wayyyyless cases then us and had almost no deaths compared to our country. We have the highest deaths per capita in the entire world that is horrible we also have the most cases trumps china restrictions were good but for an entire month between the restrictions and the European ban trump did absolutely nothing. Also trump almost started wars he increased drone strikes even more then obama and made the program more secretive he killed soulamani he moved troops to defend oil fields that didn't belong to us In Syria and trump did the arms deal with saudi arabia where he lied abt the amount of jobs it would make claiming it would create million when it only created hundreds and those american weapons trump has allowed to go to saudi arabia through the arms deal is being used to murder yemeni civilians. So ur wrong there. And Biden has said the entire time violent protests are bad lmaoo so idk what you mean rn

the number of covid cases per day in the us has been growing exponentially since around mid september, and the death rate has been around 1,000 per day for the last 6 months. we're going to see over 200,000 new cases per day within the week. trump could have enacted an actual lockdown or even just stricter guidelines for masks and social distancing way back in march. or april. or may. or ever. and we know those things would have helped because we can look at other countries like australia and new zealand who responded very aggressively to the virus, and who are now down to single digit cases per day.
