Thanks Dave, I was just thinking "I have a can of spray foam under the sink...hmmmm..." when you had your epiphany. And there's nobody to stop me either, although my dog is giving me The Look. ;)
Here we go! Just remember if you make a video of it, your going to have people tell you how to do it "right" next time. As for me, I did my back wall two times, and am thinking I need to do something with it again. The mods and upgrades are endless. lol.
Making good progress with the build. That riv-nut tool sure has come in handy. I think I'm going to have to get me one of those. I can think of several uses.
Thank, Trent! You have been such a great and frequent responded to the videos... I so very much appreciate that! Can you work on additional subscribers, too? LOL! Thanks again.
Dave, are you using a dedicated db meter or an app on your phone? Also, are those numbers with the door closed or open? Love seeing the progress you're making.
Hi friend! I am using my iPhone with an app. The doors are closed with the phone positioned about in the center of the cab (height and width). I have the idle speed set with the top of the handle aligned with the first yellow mark on the dash. I am currently working on a major improvement project for the next video... plus, another funny skit. You heard it here first. Bob doesn't even know about it. :-D
Excellent Dave !! The sray foam in the extrusion cavities will help some and the panel's you filled will definitely help ! Looks to me you did a fine job with fitting them (PRIDE in workmanship is rare these days) a speaker uses an electric field to move a speaker cone that puts sound into the air stream therefore any mechanical vibration in the panel's will induce sound. Those dampening panels etc do wonders to reduce/stop noise !!! Another great video Sir and quality workmanship !! ALL THE BEST TO YOU AND YOURS SIR !! AND THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE TO YOUR COUNTRY 👍
Thank you my friend. It is always nice to hear positive feedback. I was a little apprehensive about the spray-foam... but having done it and hearing the results, I'm glad I did. Many happy returns, friend!

Malachai is really coming along well. You're going to have to get back to PARTriSha soon.

Coming from someone that did not know they existed just two months ago, I can attest that they are very simple to use and very handy!
Looks good how you used that board in those spaces in the rear wall. Congrats on the Silver Beaver award.

I was really pulling for that hidden bayonet find oh well maybe next time.
I could use all the support that can be mustered! Thanks, Michael!
You are cranking out some good stuff, there. That dB level is coming down.

If that was a Navy mug, it would be better. LOL
That would have been a rare find. Did the Navy get any LMTV's? Perhaps the Marines did?
@@HelicoolsHelipad Seals and SeaBees would got a couple in. I was in shipboard engineering, so didn't get to play with them much. Only when in port.
yea, Marines got alot of them.
Please everyone send me a donation so I can buy Dave a Bayonet..
Bob, you are too funny! I am glad you are pulling for me as well to find one. LOL!
