Just so you know. I gear up with hip pads, knee, wrist, elbow and Helmut everytime I skate. I look like I am going to battle. So what happens? I did unvoluntary split on a left skate leading open-door transition forwards to backwards. Now I am off to recover from a pulled hamstring. Can't wait to return! I know now the importance of stretching along with the warm-up.
