This sounds like a wonderful christmassy TBR. The Jenny Colgan sounds like a brilliant read. I've only read a few of her books, but enjoyed them so far.

I love the snow mug! And Tolkien writing letters to his children? I've never heard of it but now I want to read it! And the Christmas Carol is a classic, and a quick book to read! And I'm curious to see what you think of the Afterlife of Holly Chase. I enjoyed it, but I didn't love it.
Letters From Father Christmas is such a great book, I loved it. Might reread it. The Afterlife of Holly Chase is another favorite for me. The mc is very unlikable, but I love unlikable girls in books. :D I reread it every other year on audio. I will reread the Christmas Carol this year. :) Just got myself a very pretty edition.
