Saka is your typical winger while Foden and Palmer can change positions and play from the midfield very effectively. But if you want to play with a real winger then Saka is hands down.

Saka and Palmer should not be compared. Palmer is really a 10. Saka is a winger. Palmer could play on the wing, but as was mentioned, Bowen would be better than Palmer in that position also.
