sad to know the reason behind it. She's so beautiful either way and I hope this was able to help her heal that part of herself.

It was less of an insecurity and more because she didn’t want to have the same nose as her dad

Right? It’s so sad.
It has nothing to do with Melissa. It has to do with people in her comments making fun of her nose and the industry. It is really sad she felt she needed to do this to feel beautiful when she already was.

I think its sad that basically anyone with a larger nose in the public eye gets it changed and I understand too like I always was conscious of mine and only aged 24-25 did I actually find it endearing. But if society showed us gorgeous models and celebs with these noses then less people would be so stuck in this insecurity over time. Its hard though and takes a long time and practice everyday to reduce bodily insecurities especially as what we see isn't what others do or even a mirror or camera does. The other thing is bony chest cages and smaller boobs. Esp during the curvy body craze. Just when I'd finally started feeling comfortable. Never felt more gross to the eye of others even though I was healthy.
i remember hearing years ago on a live (i think) and she said she wanted one when she turned 18 or something. At the time i think it was a “serious joke”. But i’ve sort of been waiting on her to get one since i kinda knew she wanted one. I hope she loves the results

I’m kinda upset but happy for her but I’m upset because we had the same big nose and I thought she was confident with it I could be too then she got a nose job and it makes me upset bc my nose is ugly :( but happy for her

If that is you in the pic, I think you’re nose fits your face really well. Kenzie’s original nose really dominated her face in my opinion. It really took away from her other features as the nose took such precedence. I think her new nose is a bit less dominant, so her face does look prettier

i've seen so many nasty comments about her nose in the past and it disgusts me the way some ppl run their mouths. i think back to when she was a little 6yr old on dance moms and wonder how in the world someone can pick on her. makes me so mad actually. she's so beautiful before and after

I think she looked beautiful before, but if we’re all being honest you definitely looked at her nose when you looked at her face. It wasn’t an ugly nose it was just a little bit of a bigger nose. It has been a big insecurity of hers though for ever I believe. I mean I don’t know her I just know her from social media and that dance moms show. I’m really happy she did this and I’m hoping it just boost her confidence even more. She’s a beautiful girl and she would’ve been amazing whether she did the nose job or didn’t. I’m happy she did something for herself and I hope she’s happy with her results.
Exactly! She was always beautiful but now the nose is t the Center of attention anymore, you can focus on her whole face and I like how whoever did it kept it really natural and subtle and didn’t try to go extreme and give a tiny button nose or something. It suits her perfectly!

Kensie i have watched you since you were 8 years old. I remember little " BOOM BOOM" so cute and now you have grown into a beautiful woman. Your nose was fine and pretty but i will admit i love it. You didn't need it, but if it makes you feel more gorgeous i'm so happy for you. You were always gorgeous with or without!!❤

Nobody is looking at your nose except for you
Way too early to do an actual before and after because it will take 3 to 4 weeks for the swelling to go down. Very likely the swelling will make it look larger than before the surgery.
All because ppl on the internet bullied her for her nose she looked gorgeous before and still does look beautiful but if ppl kept their meaness to themselves she wouldnt have been so insecure about it

I saw her getting a nose job from a mile away. Honestly she still looks great. She still looks like herself, you can just tell her nose is a bit smaller/thinner? Idk the correct word.

Yay kenzie it looks great!!! You can tell it always bothered her and it felt like it was growing fast so I'm glad she made that decision. But hopefully she doesn't have anymore on any other part of her body. This is going to boost her confidence so much!

i don’t think it was an actual surgery. my guess is she did something similar to christi my getting something injected into the tip to raise it a bit
she got actual surgery because of the bruising and swelling - the nonsurgical nosejob is just an injection and doesn't leave bruising or anything

Yeah I agree, most people don't really find their confidence untill they are in their mid twenties. She is still just a teenager.
