Jojo has NO right to be shading them after everything they went through. She doesn’t understand because she wasn’t even there long enough like they were to even understand how much trauma Nia , Maddie and Kenz must have. Just because they didn’t revisit their past trauma doesn’t mean that they aren’t grateful for where the show got them. She was rude on the show and it shows she still is.

If they have trauma, it’s not healthy for them to be there. Not everyone’s experiences are the same, and JoJo needs to realize that

@@MarissamarrYou can’t compare trauma. It is different for everyone! An easy example is a car accident. Some people don’t care while others will experience trauma and have physiological responses. As a therapist there are many different circumstances that can cause trauma. We also have a very limited insight about what truly happened with Dance Moms.
I’m sure Jojo remembers when they were all on stage making fun of her. Stop acting like they’re innocent angels. The Trauma is on their moms no one else.

I would argue that it didn't make them. The industry (acting, modeling, etc.) still looks down on reality shows and the participants. I think these young women (for the most part) have carved out careers despite the show in many cases.

Jojo needs to understand that everyone's experiences are different. While she may be friends with Abby, she shouldn't force others to act as if nothing happened. It's important to acknowledge that not everyone wants to relive past trauma.

it's not Maddie and Kenzie's fault for not showing up and neither is nia's fault either. maybe they have a good reason for an excuse like this.

They are not erasing their past at all! If they don't want to go back to a show that exploitated them, manipulated them, and humiliated them in front of the whole world, why is that a problem? Just because the show gave them popularity and fame doesn't mean they should ignore nor forget all of horrible treatment that the show did to them as well.

@@leyjam3788 Nah The Wiggles sing better than her, the best I can say for JoJo is that when she is singing without dancing at the same time she can hold a tune, once she is dancing as well it is off pitch quite a bit. I only have experience with the Australian Wiggles, I know that some other countries have their own version.

Nia didn't come neither and she was there before ALL OF THEM !!!!!! So at the end of the day, it is their prerogative on whether they want to come or not. They are not obligated to show back up for a show that treated them like trash. And it's that simple.
Yes, that's right. Kendal, Jojo and Kalani all came late (Kendal only by one year, to be fair). The Hylands and Chloe left early. Nia was there for longer than anyone.

Someone needs to tell Jojo that she is not an OG and she hast to stop acting like one. Yes you’ve been through trauma too but most of these girls have been with Abby most of their lives, and I kind find that rude to say, that to people that have been there longer.
Why can't JoJo mind her business and only comment on what SHE went through, and not trying to make up how the others feel which they probably haven't even said to her. She also seems like she's trying to downplay the trauma the other girls went through in clips from the trailer, like it's fine that you're basically best friends with Abby that's her choice, but the other girls don't want to praise Abby and JoJo should respect that, similar to when she bashed Christi when she said that Gianna wasn't nice to her and Chloe, and JoJo tried to bash her for saying that when they weren't even on the same season and had different experiences.

What Jojo and others fail to realize is that Abby had a loads of power over Maddie and Mackenzie’s life and career. Sure they wouldn’t be here without Dance Moms, but they could’ve been better without Abby.

First of all JoJo is not an OG second of all she has no right talking about these people business they chose not to come because this show was toxic and they’ve been abused by Abby for many years so they not show up so she has no right throwing shade. JoJo didn’t even go through a quarter of what they had to go to. They have a lot more trauma than she does and and out of all the girls there she has the least amount of right to shade them like girl you’re not OG and you didn’t they went through.
Usually I don’t compare traumas, but you are so right. The only thing JoJo ever went through was the girls speaking bad about her, which she’s literally doing right now. And on top of that treating other people worse than how people were treating her on the show. (For example: XOMGPOP)

That so sums up the way that they delt with each girl when they left the show (and got them to sign NDA's so that they wouldn't speak out, so glad that Anjie and Leigha decided that Jess getting a percentage of Leigha's music income for life was the price they were willing to pay to keep their voice. I can understand why the others would sign seeing as that was something that was voided by signing).
Jojo was on the show for 2 seconds she has no right to speak on anything. Maddie probably didn’t want to come back because all of the drama was revolved around her and she doesn’t wanna be around that anymore. The REAL reunion was paige’s bday party which Maddie hosted so she isn’t ignoring the fact she was on the show lol. Jojo sucks at being a good person like she sucked at dance

Jojo didn’t have no right to speak about nina, Maddie, and Kenzie. everyone knew what they went through and how it affected them and if they don’t want to be there they don’t have to be there. Everyone has their reasons for not showing up and we don’t need to take it personal. They had a reunión apart from the show and they all showed up which means that they still cherish the friendship just don’t want to take on the show.

Abby wasn't invited, she was in the UK when it was filmed and more than one person said that they would only do it if Abby wasn't there (none of them knew others had also said that until after)

For ehat I had see over the years Maddie and Kenzie even that they acknowledge the show and the girls want to distant themselves for anything related to Abby, they never mention her by name esprcially with Maddie I notice that she just said my dance teacher and that experience was hard etc but seems like going to the reunion will make them talk about someone that they cleary don't want any associatation, especially seems like is a brand of their image like detach of Abby related things. Can't blame them, any of the girls have the right to deal with their experience a different way. Is so sad how much damage Abby did to those girls, they love to dance and wanted to become dancers and some of them started to hate to dance because of Abby. Abby was horrible to the girls.

We all have dozens of experiences, good bad or otherwise, that have gotten us to where we are. That doesn't mean that we have to constantly revisit them or say "Thank you! I'm so grateful!" Every step of the way. Celebrities should be no different. We build our lives and we move on.
For many reasons Abby and the Zieglers no longer have a relationship but it especially tore apart when Maddie refused to stop giving her credit at every speech, every award. Yes, Dance Moms began their career, they are not who they are because of it!
JoJo saying that she respects the squirrel, I disagree as someone who is not really a dancer I honestly thought that that’s how dance world was like, not in the sense of mom fighting all the time, but in the negativity of competitions and everything else I have friends who are dancers, who says dance does not show the world in a good way. Use to get high before watching the show during the pandemic and all I can remember was hearing was Abby yelling at the moms telling to leave and find another studio if they didn’t like it there! She gave them an out plenty of times and they chose to stay ! She also said mentioned if they didn’t like her teaching style leave! Blame the greedy moms not the kids at the time. God bless them all. Jill was my fav dance mom 😂 she carried the show imo
