@@Chelsea-nh4uj both Brooke and Paige stopped dancing permanently after the show, Maddie and MacKenzie also completely cut ties with Abby after the show, Chloe had an eating disorder for years, Brooke and MacKenzie constantly were self conscious about their stomachs because Abby always told them they had big tummies to the point where she even named their stomachs, Paige used to have a lot of anxiety attacks and panic attacks, so by what definition does that say that turned out fine? Because if you genuinely believe then you're just as slow in the head as Abby

I think the problem with Hollywood is they normalize abuse, there's nothing good about Abby's teaching styles and just because there are other teachers like, doesn't make it right, it ruins confidence and makes you doubt yourself. You can teach without abusing kids emotionally.

The producers should have make sure that everyone was speaking equally when they noticed that some of the girls were too timid or shy to speak more. Jojo is known for being brisk, assertive and extrovert but she is nice to everyone.

As she should shade them, Maddie and Mackenzie were treated the best by aby and mainly Maddie so them to sit back as if it was the most traumatic thing is bullshit. The good comes with the bad but Melissa sat there and cried on camera when aby’s mom and dog died. But right when things go bad, and Melissa start getting her own bookings she left aby in the dust. Let’s not forget Melissa and aby would make Chloe feel shitty. Anything for Melissa to get madddie ahead. So let’s not make them into victims. The only person I feel bad for is Mackenzie her mom favored Maddie cuz Maddie was gonna make her famous.

Everyone hates on Jojo, but to be honest, she is the most resilient out of all of them. Is she obnoxious? Yes. But she was raised to be this way. She was raised to be a “stand out” child. Anlook at her now- one of the most successful girls out of all the kids to date. Abby was exceptionally cruel to jojo, but guess what? Jojo comes to the reunion and speaks positively about Abby.. she still has such a positive mindset, even when some of the girls are visibly annoyed and don’t agree with her sentiments. Love her or hate her, jojo was definitely cut out for the industry and is doing her thing. The numbers speak for itself. Her success speaks for itself. Jojo definitely took the opportunity to infinity and beyond. She’s able to understand how the industry is abusive, but also look beyond that and know the industry will always be like that, but it’s what pays her bills. Shes able to give to the industry while staying true to herself.. and for that i commend jojo.
Ok I am not the biggest JoJo fan by any means, but tbh 1:55-2:50 really surprised me. The maturity of acknowledging the fact that Paige, Brooke and Chloe’s experience was different. Only thing that would’ve made it better would be an actual apology for things she’d said about Brooke and Christi, but who knows, maybe it was said behind the scenes. Hoping for this side of JoJo to show more

The fact that jojo is saying sorry about what she say to Chloe mom . Chloe didn’t need to rely a message to her mom why jojo didn’t just say in person when she saw Christi her self at the dance mom party event . Like jojo did hug her when she was taking pictures on the red carpet. If jojo was really sorry she wouldn’t tell Chloe to rely a message to her mother for her she would pull Christi to the side when she saw her and apologize that what a grown adult does. Im so confused why everyone attacks aby when these parent continue to bring their child to an “unsafe environment “. If aby is really a “monster”? What is it for fame, and for what your child wants. I really don’t get it. Children want candy all day doesn’t mean as the parent your gonna let them sit and rot their teeth. As the parent you design your child’s moral ground. And you allow certain behaviors to be present to your child. Like I’m so confused no one held a gun to their saying the had to stay. Aby wanted who ever disrespected her out her building. the producers kept bring them back and the mom shamefully will come after arguing with aby like little teenagers instead of adults. And these children protect their moms cuz their moms let them choose what they wanted to do. Instead of giving discipline and saying no this is what best for your safety. Shame on the parents. And shame on you for attacking aby or Jojo.
The only reason that they would bring back their kids is because their contracts with the show forced them to go because it was their job to be there. Also the moms were forced to fight or they wouldn't be able to leave untill they started to fight. The moms also fought with Abby because they weren't going to let Abby attack their kids. Christi fought with Abby because she called her a sneak, a snake, made fun of her eye which had a condition, which made it look smaller that the other,and much more. What was Christi supposed to do? Let Abby make fun of her daughter?Just because Chloe or the other girls are greatful for what Abby did for them doesn't mean that Abby did some horrible things to them. She basically called Brooke talentless, threw a chair with Paige in the room, made fun of Chloe's eye, made Maddie feel like she had to be perfect making her a perfectionist, always compared Kenzie to Maddie even though they were different people, and made some racist comments to Nia. Although Abby has said she regrets things on the show doesn't mean that she didn't do anything wrong to them. I'm not trying to start a fight I'm just saying my opinion🩷
