I’m gradually coming around to giving up criticism altogether and replacing it with understanding that everything that exist has it’s higher purpose. Including the bad, toxic, and harmful stuff. Behind criticism there is hard or butt hurt feelings, and along with that comes closed off or impeded growth. Like the stem of a flower bent in hard feelings and unawareness. Let nothing bend your stem and expansion of awareness, understanding, and ease of feelings. As the more understanding expands the more abundance heads our way.
