I have never understood the hate this man got. I'm inclined to believe it was envy. A poor little boy who found a way to make it BIG, and then shared the secrets to his success with the world; isn't that the ultimate underdog story? Some people have a 'crabs-in-a-bucket" mentality. Had Rev Ike been arrested, what would they have gained from it, apart from rejoicing over the misfortune of another?
