Never underestimate nature… it’s so powerful, we humans are nothing in front of it and all these stories are about it… while the outcomes were quite sad indeed, and heartbreaking, I must talk about the excellent quality of narration, so clear and such a pleasure to listen to, subbed the channel.. listening from Bangalore, India…
I have read a book when an author said there is nothing more scary than human, and I believe her. I never fear anything when I am somewhere isolated than but fear of human with bad attention. I would never camp or hike alone because of this reason. Human is the most dangerous thing.
I think a horror book writer did write. I fear not the Boggy man, the wolf man nor monster under my bed. I fear my fellow man and what my fellow man can do to me. Not an exact quote but yes real life can hit hard.
Story 4 How can one leave so far from the trail for a privacy restroom break? Just do it on the trail how many hikers are on the trail? No cell phone, no whistle, no mirror or flares. I travel/hike with a strobe light and a laser pen too Such a senseless death.
