I don't feel NEAR as safe sans gun. My partner's mom went on this rant last night about how I don't actually need to do that as we are in a good neighborhood and "nothing bad happens to you in your own house!!" *36272828 hours of Mort's stories started filling my head* There was more she said but I had to disengage because I love her dearly and was about to let loose and scare the life outta that poor lady lololol

Years ago one of my friends went hiking and camping in bush land about two hours away from Melbourne Australia with another one of his friends. They hiked through the bush and didn't come across anyone else or any paths along the way. They walked 7kms the first day before deciding on a good spot to set up a tent, had a feed and went to sleep. Nothing happened in the next three days they hiked and camped around, they packed up and headed back to Melbourne. Fast forward one week, and my mates friend goes and gets the film from his camera developed. One of the photos was dated the first night of their camp trip, and it was a photo of them both asleep in the tent😲🤣
Usually if I'm trying to do something and it happens, I'm happy? They probably shouldn't be conjuring things they are unable to handle or, at the bare minimum, deal with.
I would NEVER go camping. I do not see the appeal at all. I’m good being in a temperature controlled house in my heated recliner and electricity and internet. I’m disabled, though, so camping for me would cause a ton of pain and discomfort

The Colorado front range is THE SCARIEST place I've ever been. I have seen entities and have felt followed in those woods near Cheyenne mountain and pike national forest. I doubt I'd be alive if I didn't carry a gun. I'm not even joking, I've seen things with my own eyes and I've seen things on video. Never had I ever felt so vulnerable. I was watched from inside my home by a skinwalker type creature. Not to mention that cabin had such a sinister vibe.
