They're not a university, you can look up their website and the about page says this:
Throws University is a hub for everything throws coaching, training, and education. Run by Garage Strength owner Dane Miller and former Division 1 throws coach Trevor Stutzman, Throws U is aimed at providing the tools necessary for throwers and coaches to be as successful as possible.
