For me it all started with Iqbal from MikBonsai and Mike from TheBonsaiStudent's channel over 10 years ago. Mike from ThBonsaiStudent channel sadly passed away some years ago and I was beginning to think we had lost another gem within the community. So glad to see you are back in action, very excited to see updates on some of the old trees. All the best

It's so good to see you again. Your videos helped me get started with bonsai and I still reference them to this day. Thank you for the update video and welcome back old friend.

Thank you 😅 not sure if you have seen the video I uploaded on Friday.. it has one at the end. I wasn’t sure if viewers like the little jokes at the end. So I disconnected them and lots of people were disappointed and I included them ever since.
Hey Iqbal, great to see you back buddy and making bonsai videos again! It's been a long time and I've always wondered where you went. I remember when i first started out in bonsai, i sent you a question by email and you gave me some brilliant advice. Who would have thought I'd be making bonsai videos myself 😉
Thank you for watching and getting back to me. Am so sorry, over the years I have dealt with so many emails and messages on YT and social media, I don't remember your email, sorry again. As for making video's I started making them to record my work and the transformations that were taking place. I ran out of disk space and a friend suggested that I park my videos on YT. I had no idea what YT was and before I knew it people were subscribing, commenting etc. The original videos were bad quality, awful sound and noise of sirens and planes. Any way, glad you got in touch and stay in touch. Where are you ? Meet up for a coffee if you ever happen to be in my neck of the woods (West London).
Thanks Iqbal and it's great to have you back on RUclips making videos again. No worries about forgetting about the email, it was several years ago and I think I watched your gift tree video so thought I'd asked for advice about a Chinese elm bonsai that I was given. Since then my collection has grown and I now have a wide variety of species. Having videos on RUclips has turned into a good thing for me too, with meeting new people, gaining tips and advice and also having a bank of videos that I can look back on and remember what I did, similar to what you described. I'm down on the south coast in a town called Lewes, just outside Brighton, so not far from you Iqbal. Yeah sure, next time I'm up your way, I'll let you know.
@@NotAnotherBonsaiChannel I know Lewes, used to have clients there, after many years they moved to Edenbridge. Do let me know when you are up this way, would be great to meet up and do a collaboration video !
@@mikbonsai Ah small world Iqbal. Speaking of collaborations, we could always do a video interview collaboration project for RUclips. That'll be cool. What do you think?
Thank you for a warm welcome, watching, commenting and your support. Growing mango trees from seeds, has a play list, please watch the videos in the play list which you haven't seen. After you have seen all the videos in the playlist, please do contact me again by commenting and let me know what you want to know next.
@@RUclips1stcreator To understand fully the fate of my mango bonsai trees I was growing from seeds, you have to see all the videos in the play list. I can reveal that as these trees are natives fo the tropics, here in the UK we have to keep such trees in doors when the temperature drops. During Summer months we take the tropical trees outside and bring them back indoors as the temperatures start to fall. I had the trees out in the summer and unfortunately in the middle of the Summer the temperature dropped. I was out at the time and on returning home, I immediately brought the trees back indoors. The trees had been exposed to lower temperature and the damage was done. I was the trees die one by one. The death of the trees as spread out and I continued to make videos to record their demise. After that I didn't grow any more mango trees.
What a surprise, great to see you again Iqbal!!!
Thank you Nigel 😊
