I have a high end pc and the freezing still happens even after their latest update in October. It is so bad that it freezes up about every 10 then I have to reboot my pc. All this started after the very first update after release. It has basically been unplayable for the last month, so very disappointed in Bethesda.
I gotchu Homie I believe I know what your talking about . I had the same issue. Check if Your game is installed on a SSD driver . If not it will freeze and then play or music will cut out / Delayed talking when talking to someone .
Same here I was enjoying it so much and now it keeps crashing on loading screens when entering buildings. I am playing on game pass cloud via meta headset. Its so frustrating and disappointing. It's ruined all the fun. I messaged Microsoft but they don't care
so it is 2024 and after 1.10 . something update my game no longer loads using SFSE. I updated sfse to the new game. everyone of my saves crashed the game. I started a new game and made a save. loaded into the new game through game launcher and it launched. Loaded into the new game with sfse and my new lvl 1 game crashes. I disabled almost all the mods that sfse loads and tryed to start the game and still crashes. such a pain.
Decided to start up a new game after putting the game down for a few months (before all of the major patches) in order to try out the native DLSS and what not. Completely removed the game, reinstalled it, started a new character and after starting with outpost supply chains I continue to CTD with no rhyme or reason other than it seems like I'm in some sort of menu. Even disabled DLSS and still no joy. Upgrade my PC one might ask? How? I have a near top of the line PC that I made for playing with AI models and python while also working.. (RTX 3090Ti + 64GB RAM + Intel i9 proc)
Game never crashed on me until I put shadows on ultra. Besides when I rearranged my load order, I won’t fault them for that. 2080ti 9900k 128gb ram not the newest pc but it’s not insanely weak either. I’m gonna start with shadows
4090 and 5800x3D on a Highend NVME. Decided to dive into this game after finishing Armored Core and Lies of P. My "Fit" version(that I got incase the GP version wasn't Mod Friendly. It was an older game version) and the GP version both crash. Before Today's Driver update and after. "Fit" Version had DLSS. GP version uses FSR2. Whatever is going on is optimization based.
this game sucks... Frustrated with the problems it come with. What solved my problem was uninstalling this game, taking my money back and playinh other stuff...

Game works great until I can’t travel anymore. Just freezes during the load screen. I didn’t do anything, I keep my saves to a minimum.
4 day play time save and that's when it started crashing for me. Everything was fine until now. I had it running on high too. I hope it stops.

I love how everyone assumes it’s the next generation consoles or powerful PCs. It’s the damn game

Did you resolved it? I'm also in the same situation as you except I got CTD as soon as the starting screen
