As long as you apply progressive overload you can build that muscle for sure from simple home workouts and as long as you don’t constantly change your routine and stay consistent with a few exercises per muscle group and get better at those you will see good results for sure.

Go watch some bodybuilders train, that's what I call training and that's how you grow muscle, not with resistance bands and towels.
