Social media has been the greatest that affects me. Things like Tik Tok are really addicting, and things like Instagram show me the things that I have not.
You’re definitely glowing and it shows! Also I really agree with the good content/ work life balance part, I had to unsubscribe from some RUclipsrs that overdo the productivity aspect of life
Drink water, sleep well and avoid stress as much as possible. If you’ve avoided any form of mental health slip in 2021 you are either extremely lucky or a robot. Stay safe, smile, and look for the positives in life no matter how small they are. We are alive, we can feel the sun and see the ocean, life’s good 💛💛
I'm laying in bed at midday watching this, I could safely say I'm in one of those ruts lately. Really like the tips and advice here, going to try to get out of bed and put some of these into practice. Books are the new RUclips shorts for now lol. Thank you for putting this video together! 👍☺
3:28 a little clarification: you CAN get all the nutrients you need with a vegan diet. Check out the position of the American Dietetic Association on this. 😉

@@LucyAlllan Nup - I'm Australian, but my name's Lamont McLeod so British and Scottish people sometimes assume I'm Scottish if they don't hear me speak, and my mum has always had a massive thing for Scotland and when I started studying Swedish five years ago I started making sense of where the accent and some of the words come from (like bairn). My video "I learned Scots in 7 minutes" explains my thoughts on Scottish dialects and Norse influence on that and stuff. Have you studied a Norse language, or, do you know something about which languages influenced the Scottish languages and dialects etc? I figure a Scottish language student would know some interesting connections on this stuff.

100% agree with these! DRINKING LOTS OF WATER, GOOD SLEEP, EXERCISE, PLAN HEALTHY MEALS, etc. are what i go back to when i need to get back on track 💪
