This scenario is really tough and not really related to Jubilee IMHO.
I wonder what were they thinking giving her almost all 3 or 4 cost cards/aspect cards, she isnt even that rich in resources.
I haven’t played her yet but doesn’t she have three resource cards, her hero ability and can use x jet. Seems rich enough.
