It is imperative to listen up to the perspective of others as we now live in a globalized world today.

I have only recently discovered this series of youtube postings and having now listened to many of Rabbi Cosgrove's sermons,
as a Christian, I have yet to hear anything with which I disagree. As far as this particular sermon is concerned I think there is a sad irony in the fact that he is doing exactly what Jesus did in his day in condemning the corruption and distortion of biblical truth in high places. We need the Martin Luthers and the Rabbi Cosgroves of this world to keep us on track. God bless you and your congregation.

Dear Rabbi, This sermon was outstanding. You truly educated me on this issue. My opinion is clearly aligned with yours. Yes, all Jews need to be able to have the freedom to worship as their Jewishness encompasses their passion for Hashem. Sadly, Israel is not the democracy I had thought it was. Im going to listen to your sermon again. This was very educational. Thank you.

How does Judaism have a link with the state of Israel.
Do all practicing Jews travel to Israel as Citizens of Other Western Nations like Canada or the UK.
Since the 1940s the Jewish people have helped Black people in America in their battle for civil rights reform.

    I have a question...
Does the rabinette? choose who can do aliyah? like in the case those who follow reformed judaism or some kind of thing like as I am understanding the people that attend this shul those?
I know I have no say in your decision making whatsover but my personal opinion and impression is that you should do aliyah... I am not even from America, I am not doing this as a hate thing, and if I was jewish I would do it when God tells me to (I do not have that opportunity all though my desire is to live in Israel one day in this millenium or in Yeshuas/Gods kingdom).
As I understand things will get ugly in America for americas jewry, and I hope those who are call to go, go up to Israel and those who are called to stay and endure and be voice of God or for whatever reason that it may be do so... I know fathers primarly will is for you to return to home... but He can make everything for good for the people He beloves.
    Stay safe.
    Love, Lía.

Finally. Someone else that wants a home in America for Judaism. Everywhere I've gone, I'm told that I have to go to Israel. I'm sure it's nice, but why can't I stay here? Why do they try to put all the Jews in the world in one place?

A line must be drawn. At time of Torah giving there weren't reform, conservative, progressive, etc. outfits. All were orthodox. Enough with dilution

Still he could have some personality. Sounds more like a court hearing than a sermon.
