I find it easier to use Myrindael (drop from bereft vassal) and endo hydra staff with summoner set to fight dog. No ram dash needed and you can get the dev wish too. It can outrun the dog and you can just aim it like 45° downward againts dog when it catches up to you. Just need to click the right mouse button and use the broom mount for laser wall.
@@shrekiscool4743 you probably shouldn't have been tbh, I've also been terrified by infernum dog then it ended up easier than *cough cough* profaned guardians and slime god, along with basically EVERY SINGLE INFERNUM BOSS AND EVEN THE REVENGEANCE/DEATH DOG
The video quality kinda sucks cuz my pc is mid so sorry ab that team Also I use Asphalt Platforms via LuiAFK mod for better movement (kinda cheaty but idc) But I use a bunch of QoL mods just because it's nicer to play with vs just base calamity/infernum
@@nyakwa The issue with that though is that it occasionally comes in at a weird angle, which is why I was looking at this method. I was having a blast with infernum after not playing the game for years up until DoG lol. I'm sure I'll get through it

I swear everyone i see doing this mod looks like 40% more zoomed out than me. Is it a monitor thing or is there something im missing?
There is a mod called Better Zoom that i use, it does have 1 Con which is a bit iffy but cant complain when its much easier to see what your doin

@@nyakwa For me it always wants to charge me horizontally. Whenever I try to do it vertically, it falls apart within a couple dodges.
@@haven216 I just dodge vertically cause it works best for me but if it works better to dodge horizontally then just do that whatever works best tbh

Nope, not easy because you could use mirror blade and defeat infernum devourer in less than 1:30 =)
I wasnt aware of mirror blade until one of my friends mentioned it to me, but I think the weapon I used was fine
