Hi Liana, Well i tried your pea and ham soup for the Ninja Soup Maker. I used 114g of green split peas, they only needed washing and 1 clove of garlic instead of 2. I used smoked Lardons instead of ham, the container was 250g in size, I fried them for a few minutes in a small bit of oil and when i was happy with them i removed some from the pan and kept them to add at the end, i put the rest including the juices in the frying pan into the soup maker. OMG! it is absolutely beautiful, it is thick and it is tasty and brilliant with crusty bread especially today as it is a cold wet day here. This is a favourite soup of mine and you used to be able to buy it in the supermarkets but it was not popular so they stopped it. Thanks again for the recipes.
Hi there just been watching the video, I have used my soup maker quite a lot and found it extremely good and think that maybe if you pulsed the soup it would be good. Really enjoying your recipes. Many thanks
Hi Agnes - thanks for your support :) You are absolutely right - pulsing would have been much better, I'm not sure why I pressed blend, I think I got flustered being on camera! x
Hi, I just bought the Ninja a few weeks ago and i have tried your Mushroom soup and Chicken soup from your digital book. They were both fantastic. I want to try the pea and ham soup now. My question is could i add some raw smoked lardons instead of the cooked Gammon?
Hi - you could use lardons unstead of cooked gammon - I would probably lightly saute them first to bring a out a little more flavour - let me know how it goes!
@@LianasKitchen Hi Liana, thanks for the reply. Yes, I was thinking that if got some lardons that i would probably have to give them a bit of a saute first. I will get them next week, i have the split green peas so cant wait to try it. I made your Carrot and Lentil Soup the other day, omg it was beautiful. I found the next day it was very thick but i just kept adding water until i got the consistence i liked, that is going to be a favourite. I have done the Mushroom twice now and that is also lovely. Thanks again for the reply. I will let you know how the pea and ham goes when i make it
I just made your red lentil and carrot soup from your book and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you. I cannot wait until i try pea and ham soup

Can I have your recipe for celery soup please?
I'll be having a go at this one. I'll let you know how it turns out 😉☺️
Yes, please do let me know!
I guess you could substitute chicken? Have you tried and if so does it work please
I haven't tried chicken but I don't see why it wouldn't work
Looking to buy one, how much bowls (portions) per use ? As it doesn’t look that big or is it deceiving lol ?
The soup capacity is 1.4L, it makes 3 to 4 portions, depending on how large you serve - hope that helps!
If you cooked the gammon yourself, it would be tastier if you used the stock from that rather than an artificial stock cube, hope this helps.
Liana ! Is it possible to add chicken instead of ham as Iam allergic to ham ! X
Yes I’m sure that would work just fine!
hi my ninjä soup mäker stinks äfter wääshing servereäl times do you häve än ideä how to get rid of the smell
