    hello Mr. thank you for this video ; I wanted to try yhis recipe and I found you with ninja ; wonderful ; I have a lot of ninja at kitchen and never tasted lemon curd and I wish to make my yogurts with this Lemond curd and as you show it is easy . Do you think I can do half because for me it is too much . How many times can I hope this lemon curd can be good ? Sorry for my En ghoulish . Hello from Belgium .

      Hi, I've not tried making half a batch, but don't see why not. It will last 7 days in the fridge, longer if you jar it properly.

      Yes. Try adding the eggs in first, then add lemon juice and sugar. It seems to come out thicker in that order.
      Also can add an extra egg 🥚.

    I've seen people make this using the sauce programme on other gadgets. Was there a reason you chose not to use that setting ?
