    It just dawned on me that I could make my jam and preserves this way two days ago. Looked for a video to see if anyone had done it and found this channel. I have had this thing for years and have made it jam on the stovetop. So glad to find this video.

    LOVE anything that doesn't make a mess! My VitaMix is on its last blend. I was wondering how durable it is compared to the vitamix. Jelly will be great! Wish we had some of your humidity, so dry here. LOVE YOUR JAM!!! THANKS 😊

      It has no preservatives so not as long as store bought. Ours doesn’t last long so I’d say at least up to a month just check on it. Blessings

    I just got my foodi blender delivered. I will really try your gym out. I just have two problems: one is I just got liquid pepper pectin and I don’t know how much I would need of that compared to your powder and it would have been nice to see you’re finished product after cooling down. I checked to see whether I could find an update, but I couldn’t.

    We are getting close to fruit picking season and finally making jelly! Every year 2 or 3 of our neighbors will drop off home made jelly as a way of saying thanks for all the bee activity ♥️🐝

      @@MorrisPatchofHeavenhomestead totally agree. And same goes for fruits and vegetables. We will come home to small boxes of fruits and vegetables. We also have several non astringent persimmon trees and package up 10 persimmons per neighbor and drop off for free. Amazing how impactful this is to creating a healthy community.

    That's lots of sugar

    • @MorrisPatchofHeavenhomestead
      @MorrisPatchofHeavenhomestead  Год назад

      Sugar is needed if strawberries aren’t too sweet, you can cut back on the sugar if the berries are really sweet. Blessings

    • @frenchconnection7570
      @frenchconnection7570 Год назад

      @MorrisPatchofHeavenhomestead i don't use sugar at all and if used coconut sugar or brown sugar unrefined. White sugar is dangerous because is not natural.
