Great work! But wouldn't floor joists and plywood be cheaper and faster? Also why is there a gap between the cinder block and the stone work. I don't mean to be a pain by asking questions, I'm just trying to figure out the different building techniques. Again great work and looking forward to episode 4.
Thank you, I contemplated timber flooring but I think I’m going to put down underfloor heating which is laid onto an insulated concrete base. The gap is part filled with insulation that’s fitted as the walls go up.
