    Thank you for this detailed explanation! I am Bengali too, was trying to understand how to achieve the required amount for I and my mother, which is a bit higher because she has arthritic pain and I strength train regularly. One would feel having eaten fish all our lives this wouldn't be a problem😅. But the lack of research on our fish is disappointing. Very informative. Thanks again! You have a new subscriber 👍

    Problem is how to cook the fish. We first fry the fish and then make a curry out of it ...say very light curry with raw papaya and small portion of potatoes using jira (cummin) as the base on oil like soyabean, sunflower.
    How to prepare without frying???

    Itna low omega 3 lenesey, omega 3 : 6 ratio kaise maintain hoga? Excess omega 6 will create metabolic problem.

    Hi maam,
    how much oily fish we should eat in a day ??
    Bcoz in my area also I can get Pangas fish also called Pangasius..
    100 gm is 161 calories with 14.2 P, 1.7 C, 10.8 F (as per healthify app)
    Please let me know how much can we consume on fatloss and generally??

      @@wellnessmunch3243 Mam I am a body builder n i want lean protein everyday..And fish is the best option for lean protein bcoz I don't eat chicken breast bcoz I have a allergy wid chicken...And in our region..rohu,,mrigal n bada are adopted in the same pound n I like basa bcoz it had a single bone..If rohu n mirgal of same pound is safe so why nots the basa plz reply..

    10 years before there was no discussion on mercury contents, now these mercury things are coming up in fishes. This is due to more pollution in water what human gives and the same environment gives back to the human. nowadays the fresh water fishes are more which has to be banned these fishes are contaminated with chemicals and grown in dirty water sometimes. such fishes has to be banned in market which are not good for human.

    Im not a doctor but im a patient and i notice if your liver working well then u no need take any medicine of v nd f acid, simply strong your liver and take postive diet.
