10 years before there was no discussion on mercury contents, now these mercury things are coming up in fishes. This is due to more pollution in water what human gives and the same environment gives back to the human. nowadays the fresh water fishes are more which has to be banned these fishes are contaminated with chemicals and grown in dirty water sometimes. such fishes has to be banned in market which are not good for human.
Without any problem not should eat any multivitamin or faty acid to . Im not a doctor but im a patient and i notice if your liver working well then u no need take any medicine of v nd f acid, simply strong your liver and take postive diet.
