Suffering from almost from past 14 years usually i avoid all things which create problem for me like i cant eat some vegetables which are spinach cabbage lentil and milk also create gass but if i use it in moderate quantity then easy to digest in fruits only 3 to 4 fruits i can eat which i feel my stomach can digest easily which are grapes and oranges and pineapple and pomegranate recently my dr diagnosed i have ibs usually i did not used medicine for this i just avoid things which help me but problem is not cure my disease i lost almost 14 kgs weight due to this now i am underweight i trying to cure this fully so i can maintain my weight back

How much of this do you need on a daily basis? 4. How much fish to eat to achieve RDA? 5. What about mercury and formalin poisoning? Omega-3 FA - Essential FA (it is not made in our body, we need to consume it from outside) 1:32 - Diseases it can help tackle. Why is it important? 1. Diabetes 2. Insulin resistance 3. Heart problems 4. Low HDL levels 5. Brain health 6. Retina / eye heath 7. ADHD 8. Dementia 9. Alzhimer 10. Fatty liver 11. Obesity (belly fat) 12. Metabolic disorders 2:43 - Types of omega-3 FA 1.
