    You can actually practice your recall.
    Just start by taking time out in the day to recall exactly what you’ve done in a time span from when you last did a recall. Eventually you can do one recall at night, and remember your whole day. This is tapping into your long term memory. You’ll also realize how often you drift into a unconscious state and let your mind wonder.
