The Best Homemade Dumplings EVER!

We have been making dumplings at home for a couple years now. These are the best as we have tailored them to how we love them! Here's what goes into this batch that you see in the video:
3lbs ground pork
1 small cabbage
6 stalks of scallions
3/4 cup soy sauce
1.5 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 packs of dumpling skins (we actually had enough extra meat to almost use a 4th pack).
This makes around 150 dumplings that you can have steamed or fried! We'll show you how we like to prepare them but you can certainly put your own twist to it!
For reference, we fried with Soybean oil.
