Definitely love in depth side decking vids love to see more in future. I don't personally play purley but has been helpful to understand siding for other decks
Glad it helped! Which part helped you the most?
@@jakequinsee knowing and identifying what are the important cards to still keep in (engine cards) post side games 2 and 3.
@@biggestboi2923 that will definitely help you long term.
The only reason I would dislike this video is because you're preparing too many other purrely players for their locals/regionals.😂 Great informative vid!
Hahaha they’re gonna crush.
This is exactly the content that yugioh players need to be watching to get better. Now I need a guide for a small brain deck lmao like tri-chimera or mathmech
Nice explanation on having a lot of the side deck card revolve around Crossout. Very reliable card. 👌🏽
The cards solid. I’m surprised it hasn’t seen more play since it’s release
Best Purrely content on the platform, excellent work as usual
🔥
this types of videos is what the community needs, very well explained, and now we know how tu improve at the game, this situations explained like this helps a lot, like you mentioned, sidedecking can make you win or lose,
It’s a fundamental part of the game that players don’t understand.
Yesssss, thanks as always
I got you brother!
simply put thank you
I got you.
Great as always. Such job for the yugioh comunnity, thank you man.
💪
Cant wait for the how to beat purrely video
Haha that could be a video..
While I don’t agree with the decklist, the side patterns are undoubtedly well thought out and very clean. Well done
Extremely helpful Purrely content. Thanks for posting.
No problem!
Nice Video it helps so much i will try your list at my Local. I tested a lot with a handtrap list with 3 Ash 3 Droll 2 Ghost Mourner 2 Nib 2 Effect Veiler but without Cross out. But it was not the best. so i will try your list
Good luck. Let me know how you do
First comment 🎉
Also love the deck profile I picked up purrley after not playing since 2016, tons of fun :)
It’s so fun! Which version do you play?
Lol dang also coming back from 2016 and playing purrely 😂😂😂
@@georgeharrington7546 Purrely crew.
@@jakequinsee i just got the cross outs so hopefully some iteration of this based off my locals decks!!
@@happypigeonproductions8633 good luck.
I've actually been testing between Dark World splash (just 3 Reign and 1 Lucent) and Crossout. Need more testing but I honestly like the DW package more
The goal for both are the same, you are trying to beat common blowout cards against this deck like Books and D Barrier, and both requires you to already have engine to play.
Crossout is nice in the way that it gives you protection against certain maindeck cards, and that even when harddrawing them you the Crossout targets have a purpose. However they don't really help your game against extra deck cards going second.
DW package gives you a lot of extra bodies so you can have a much better chance to end on, in addition to your standard Noir play, at least an IP, and depending on how lucky you are with Purrely excavates, i've ended up hard-made Noir without using Delicious, and in even luckier situations, Noir+ Apllousa. It doesn't really play into Droll as well since you only search once with that package, and also can chain block (Reign is the only DW monster that is optional, I believe) to protect your first play (not that relevant, but its there).
Super content!
Thanks for sharing your experience !
🔥
such valuable information! I found siding the most difficult
Any new Vanquish soul content forthcoming, asking for a friend haha
You don’t even need to play Purrely to learn from the video. Siding can be daunting.
Ha I might do a vanquish soul video next..
Good stuff
🔥
Love the content man🫶
💪 which has been your favourite so far?
@Quinsee first and foremost thank you for the free content Valuable info !
Can we argue against the Furniture Lab , going first and second , keeping one droll in I could have sworn I’ve seen many of those builds maining or at least siding the droll ?
No problem! More to come!
Amazinggg do this for VS
Oh I could do this for VS…
Grateful ❤
❤️
Great video! Would you ever consider siding out 1 field spell when going second against decks that have mostly non targeting disruption like branded? Also would you side in shifter when going second against matchups like tearlaments or even d-link?
I really dislike taking out any Purrely cards whilst siding. Shifter hurts it’s something I would keep in the side. Against tear and dragon link it’s worth it
Would you consider doing common combo lines and game play strategy as your next video for the series?
Potentially I could do that. It would definitely improve players a video on that.
Hi Quincee love the video very insightful, played the deck at locals today and my matchups were Spright, Spright, RACE, Spright, RACE. Any tips for side decking for these matchups? 😊
lol
I’ll come back to this
@@jakequinsee a true gentleman
Anyone have a sidepattern against rikka/ dragonlink / floowandeer ?
hey i'm a long time purrely player and this video helped a lot, but i have a question, what are you doing in time, like what cards should you run for time situations. thank you in advance x
You could play condemned witch it’s a link 2 that requires two fairy’s and gains 500 life points for each fairy on your side of the field in the end phase.
@@jakequinsee you’re an absolute legend, hopefully your list does really well at an upcoming tournament i’m entering. 90 players and a european champion to beat 👍
@@owencreatescontent7073 good luck. Take it down.
@@jakequinsee oh yeah speaking of, what would you side in/out against the rikka sunavalon deck?
you will be drawing so many spell cards with sleepy in your opponents SP if you side out all the handtraps against Kashtira. If they have an instant out to Noir you will just get OTK’d
You will still have a good hand trap count after drawing multiple cards. Odds are you’ll always hit one minimum.
So my question is why would you side deck nibiru against kashtira? Their most common play is making Arise-Heart on 4 summons and not extending further than that. Is there some unspoken "rule" im unaware of where kash has to extend further in this specific match up because purrely can handle arise-heart or something? This entire format weve been in since February its seems very bad to have nib vs kash.
The good players play into nib because they expect players think like yourself and won’t have it in your deck game two and three.
Arise-Heart pass is so easy for Purrely to out with engine alone that I'd imagine Kashtira players would opt to play into Nib since that is not an engine card and thus is less likely for the Purrely player to have
@@wdililn you get it. If they don’t arise heart pass nib is broken and if they do we just discard the nib for our quick plays.
I watched it till the end 🥺
🔥💪
What do you think of Sauravis?
I don’t like it in this due to the field spell. Have you been playing sauravis?
Yes, it helps big time when you play in the draw phase and also during your opponent’s turn when you activate the trap and they try to book you. There was also this one time when a infernoble player tried to target my monster with their equip spell, I just negate it 😂 Also it’s not once per turn so you can stop multiple hand traps etc.
Can you do this series with branded chimera?
That would definitely be an interesting series.
Difficult to say which deck is better at the moment.
-purrely
-branded/kash chimera
-unchained
What‘s your opinion?
@@mapox9 I’m starting to lean towards branded chimera. However Purrely is so broken if played correctly.
@@jakequinsee next month I will be at ycs dortmund and still don‘t know if I play purrely or branded/kash chimera 🥲
I tried his build at locals. I kept bricking with 3 field spell, so I went down to 2. I put eclipse to 3 cause this decks bigs weakness is the lack of defense in this deck. If ur opponent opens up engine plus hand trap your not surviving until next turn. I’m new wit the deck but this deck can’t afford to brick if u go first and you need something going second to break board. There only 13 possible starter in the deck and you can’t afford to hope your opponent is a bad player or hope u open multiple starter so u Cuban play throw interruptions. It’s deck isn’t capable of winning under those conditions
I play purrely way different I only play 2 field spell 2 pot of desires I'd get at least 2 of you can afford it I play 2 ash 2 droll 3 moon 1 eclipse 2 yeap 2 talents
Also I don't have azalea so I play ex happiness and if you can get a delicious on it it's nutz
It's a walking DRNM that does burn damage I've got almost 7k out of him one time
I really wanted to put in 3 eclipse with 3 book. They’re very strong in the main.
Yea 2 or 3 should generally be similar in small amounts of games. I usually lower 3 ofs for the same reason, when I see too many of the same copy.
I usually go for about 14 non engine in most decks but 17 seems like you might open all 5 non engine when going first, it’s happened to me going first even with just 14 like 1/10 times which still feels so bad. Is 17 too bricky for you?
Ideally 14 non engine is nice if you can include 3 prosperity. Without however 23/17 is fine
Why IP over Donner?
both are good. its what you prefer.
if you get C'd in your first turn, you can go into I:P and then into azalea while your opponent is playing.
@@leonc.2349exactly this! It’s to punish our opponent with azalea.
IP also gives you slight hope vs D Barrier
@@Avermra it definitely does
why are you on crossout for nib when vs purrely u side out nib i feel like nib could just be another mourner or imperm
i agree. crossout for nib is really bad. purrely doesnt die to nib. it even gives you + sometimes.
Because ending on baby noir plus trap plus Ensemblue Robin is usually game.
cross out ? really ?
Oh yes. Cards very good in this deck.
