Thank you!! Your food looks amazing!! Just bought mine today from QVC! I’m excited because Keto ice cream doesn’t come out well in traditional ice cream makers!
I’m really considering getting one of these! Costco has them for $179.99, but if you do the math, a pint of high quality ice cream costs about $5.99 at least where I live. Hello, I just used this recipe by using thicker cream instead of heavy cream since I can’t find it. The result is a soft runny ice cream with ice Crystal. Is it because of the thicker cream?
Between the terrible noise level and the results I saw, I think I’ll just stick with my $63-$70 (depending on color) Cuisinart. I’ve had mine for a few years now (I was lucky enough to buy mine on clearance at Target for $20 or $25 because the instructions were missing from the box) and I love it! Better results and pretty quiet.

I just made a dark cherry with mini dark chocolate chip ice cream. It was amazing! However the chocolate chips were so hard we couldn’t chew them. Is there any way around that? That was disappointing. Any tips?
I figured the same thing you were saying. So instead of buying mini chocolate chips, I bought a Ghirardelli dark chocolate bar instead. Then you just shave the bar with a microplane or on the smallest holes of your grater. The results will be various sizes of shavings that have a better mouthfeel than hard chunks of chocolate and will be easier to chew. I hope this helps.
I can't get the right consistency. I'm whisking up whipped cream, monk fruit sugar, cream cheese warmed in microwave, vanilla and whole milk. I'm following the instructions, even did the mix ins (chocolate chips) and did the remix. Was still powdery. Anyone know how to fix this? Should I be using half and half and Swerve icing sugar instead? Help please!!
