    It's delicious when you grill it on charcoal at a meat restaurant, but if you season it with pork and grill it well, it tastes quite like grilled ribs.
    Since it has been seasoned sweetly with soy sauce, it will be a great side dish and husband's side dish if you take care of controlling the heat so that it doesn't burn when it boils down.
    Buy plenty of pork neck, put it to bed, and enjoy it with your family.
    If you marinate it in the seasoning the day before when you have a customer's table or family gathering, it's really convenient because you only have to grill it in a pan the next day.

    grilled pork shoulder (serving 2 to 3 people)
    Material
    600g pork neck
    200g of scallions
    Peeled garlic
    Cheongyang red pepper
    Lettuce
    Pickled Garlic Stems
    Seasoned green onion
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    2 tablespoons of vinegar
    1/2 tablespoons of sugar
    1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil
    1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
    Galbi seasoning
    7 grains of peeled garlic (= 2 tablespoons of minced garlic)
    A little ginger (= 1/2 tbsp minced ginger)
    1/2 onion
    1 cup of apple juice
    4 tablespoons of gin (seasoning) soy sauce
    2 tablespoons of starch syrup
    2 tablespoons of cooking wine
    A little bit of pepper
    1 tablespoon of sesame oil
    [How to make it]
    1. Press down on pork neck with a kitchen towel to remove blood.
    2. Cut off the oily part.
    3. For thick meat, add the cuts horizontally so that the seasoning is well seasoned and well cooked when grilled.
    4. Prepare apple juice that goes well with 1/2 onions, peeled garlic, ginger, and pork for the rib seasoning.
    5. Put juice, onion, garlic, and ginger in a blender and grind finely.
    6. Add 4 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, a little pepper, and 1 tablespoons of sesame oil to make the rib seasoning.
    7. Put the meat in the container, pour the galbi seasoning, and marinate it overnight.
    8. marinate for at least 3 hours for seasoning to become sufficiently wet and soft.
    9. Pour enough meat and soup into the pan and cover it with a lid so that it is cooked enough to the inside.
    10. Cook over medium to low heat so that the seasoning does not burn.
    11. Cut the well-cooked meat back into bite-size pieces and boil it down to brown without soup.
    12. Add 2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoons of sesame seeds to season.
    13. If you prepare a wrap and eat it deliciously, it's done.

      냉동된거 꺼내서 냉장실에서 하루 서서히 해동해야 돼지 누린내가 덜 나요
      생강은 꼭 넣으면 맛도 좋지만 잡내도 잡아줍니다~^^
